Beetroot Houmous

Ingredients:

  • 250g of Chick peas in a can
  • Half raw beetroot
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1TBS of olive oil
  • 3-4 leaves of fresh mint

Peel and cut the beetroot into small pieces, combine everything in a blender and blend until your have consistency of a dip.

Done!
